How does scanning work?
Tap Scan a ticket, then take a photo or choose one from your library. Lay the ticket flat in good light with every line in view. Draw Dawg reads the game, numbers, dates, add-ons and multipliers, then shows you everything to check before saving. If anything is unclear, it highlights it for you to fix.
Why does my Mega Millions or Lotto win say “at least”?
Those games print a multiplier (2X to 10X) that multiplies most prizes. If Draw Dawg doesn’t know a ticket’s multiplier yet, it shows the smallest possible prize. Open the ticket and tap the multiplier printed on your ticket, or tap “Snap the ticket to fill these in.”
I’m not getting alerts.
Check that notifications are on: iPhone Settings → Draw Dawg → Notifications. Then check Draw Dawg’s Settings → When should I tell you? If quiet hours are on, small results wait for your morning report; wins of $600 or more still come right away. No-win results arrive silently.
Why didn’t I hear a sound?
No-win results are silent by design. Cash wins play a cha-ching, free tickets a bark, and big wins a siren. If your iPhone is on silent or in a Focus mode such as Sleep, sounds won’t play.
Results say “posting soon” or “unavailable.”
Results usually arrive within an hour of a drawing. If they’re delayed, Draw Dawg keeps checking. If a drawing shows unavailable, check it on your official lottery’s website.
How do claim deadlines work?
Every win shows a claim-by date based on your state’s rules, usually 180 days or one year from the drawing. Golden members also get reminders 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before a prize expires. Always confirm the deadline with your lottery.
How do I cancel or restore Golden?
Cancel in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Draw Dawg. To restore a subscription on a new phone, open Draw Dawg Golden in the app and tap Restore purchases.
How do I delete my data?
Delete any ticket in the app and it’s removed from our server. To delete everything tied to your device, email support@drawdawg.app.
