Draw Dawg

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 6, 2026

The short version

The Draw Dawg app doesn’t ask for your email address or phone number, and you don’t create an account. (If you join our launch waitlist on this website, we keep the email you give us for that, as described below.) We keep only what the app needs to check your tickets, run your pools and send your alerts. We don’t show ads, we don’t sell your information, and we don’t track you across other apps or websites. If you join a pool, the people in that pool can see the name, stamp and pool tickets you choose to share with them.

Who we are

Draw Dawg is made by DRAW DAWG LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Pompano Beach, Florida. Questions about this policy go to support@drawdawg.app.

What we collect

  • A random device ID. The app creates an anonymous ID the first time it opens so our server can tell your phone’s tickets apart from everyone else’s. It isn’t tied to your phone number or Apple ID.
  • Your tickets. The game, your numbers, the drawing dates, add-ons, multipliers and the state the ticket is from, so we can check them against results.
  • Ticket photos, briefly. When you scan a ticket, the app asks your permission first. The photo is then sent to our server and to Anthropic’s Claude AI service to read the numbers. We don’t keep the photo after it’s read. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms, which don’t allow using it to train AI models.
  • A record of what each scan read. We keep the game and numbers read from each scan, and whether it came from the camera, so a ticket added to a pool can be checked against a real scan. This record doesn’t include the photo.
  • A notification token. If you allow notifications, your phone gives the app a token that lets us send you alerts.
  • Your alert settings. Quiet hours, your time zone, jackpot alert amounts and whether you’re a Golden member, so alerts arrive when and how you chose.
  • Subscription status. Whether your Draw Dawg Golden subscription is active and when it renews or ends.

Pools

Pools are optional. If you create or join one, we also keep:

  • The name and stamp you choose for pools. This can be any name you like (it doesn’t have to be your real name) and an emoji, your initials or a photo. A photo stamp, such as a picture of your face or a logo, is shrunk to a small image and stored so it can be shown to your pool.
  • Your pool memberships, including when you joined, whether you accepted a pool’s agreement, and, if you organize a pool, its settings.
  • Which of your tickets you add to each pool, and when you added them.
  • Reports you or others send about a pool member.

Who can see it: everyone in the same pool can see your pool name, your stamp or photo, the tickets you add to that pool (game, numbers, dates and state), your wins on those tickets, and each member’s share of a split pool’s winnings. People outside the pool can’t. Other members never see your device ID, your other tickets or your settings. If someone shares a pool’s invite link, the link shows the pool’s name, code and the ticket members are asked to buy, but no member information.

Draw Dawg shows how a split pool’s winnings divide among members. It doesn’t collect, hold or send money, and it doesn’t collect bank or payment details from pool members.

Launch waitlist (website only)

If you sign up at drawdawg.app/waitlist, we keep the email address, state, phone type (iPhone or Android) and optional first name you enter, plus your confirmation that you’re 18 or older. We use it only to tell you when Draw Dawg launches and about major updates. We never sell or share it. The form is stored by Netlify, our website host. To be removed, reply “stop” to any email or write to support@drawdawg.app, and we’ll delete it.

What we don’t collect

The app doesn’t collect your email, phone number, contacts, location, or payment card details, and we only see photos you choose to scan or use as your pool stamp. You pick your state yourself; we don’t use your phone’s location. Golden purchases are handled by Apple (and by Google on Android); we only learn whether your subscription is active.

How we use it

Only to run Draw Dawg: checking your tickets after each drawing, sending the alerts and reminders you’ve turned on, running your pools (showing members’ tickets, working out shares and sending pool alerts), checking that pool tickets came from real scans, applying your plan’s limits, and keeping the service secure and working.

Companies that help run Draw Dawg

  • Supabase hosts our database and server, including pool information and photo stamps.
  • Expo delivers push notifications and app updates to your phone.
  • Anthropic reads ticket photos when you scan.
  • RevenueCat manages Golden subscriptions on our behalf. It identifies you by your random device ID.
  • Apple and Google process Golden payments.
  • Netlify hosts the drawdawg.app website, including pool invite pages and the launch waitlist form.
  • Our lottery results provider supplies winning numbers. We don’t send it any information about you.

Each handles data only to provide its service to us. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Your tickets stay until you delete them in the app. Deleting a ticket removes it from our server and from any pool it was in.
  • Your photo stamp is deleted when you switch back to an emoji or initials.
  • When you leave a pool, or an organizer removes you, your tickets leave that pool. Closed pools stop showing to members.
  • Scan records are kept for up to 400 days so pool tickets can be checked.
  • If you stop using Draw Dawg, you can ask us to delete everything tied to your device ID.

Your choices

  • Turn notifications off anytime in your phone’s Settings.
  • Type tickets in instead of scanning them.
  • Delete any ticket, change or remove your pool name, stamp or photo, and leave any pool in the app.
  • Report a pool member whose name or photo is inappropriate. We review reports and may remove content or members.
  • Ask us to delete all of your data, or ask what we hold, by emailing support@drawdawg.app. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

Draw Dawg is for people of legal age to play the lottery where they live, and isn’t intended for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Security

Information travels to our server over encrypted connections and is stored with access controls. Pool information is only given to members of that pool. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what Draw Dawg needs.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
